I've been using a variety of shirt stays for my referee jerseys for more than a decade now and Neat Tucks are the easiest and most comfortable apparatus I've used. Some ran the length of the leg and had to be looped around the foot and others necessitated having to wear an additional compression short which added another layer of bulk under the referee pants.
